But,
? Build quality is best in ghatkopar Vikhroli BUT could have been better for the huge Money spent
? Flooding is common Mumbai problem, but for a Building constructed in latest technology and expertise- they failed in sorting this
? Excessively far away from basic amenities like market, supplies or food (nearest cheap vegetables market is 15 minutes by CAR or 1 hour walking) home delivery or use a car seems to be the only option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #GodrejTrees is a wonderful project but has a huge problem of waterlogging in lower basement parking area during monsoons. This leads to complete shutdown of lifts and partial disruption of water supply for a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an great place, but giving it 3 star for following reasons:
1. It is quite a distance to walk out to get to public transport, in case you don't have a vehicle and you don't use Ola, Uber kind of stuff.
2. I could see Vikhroli Socials, Haagen Daze and Starbucks only inside the premises. So in case you have sudden hunger or cravings the only option you have is go out or order online ?
3. And the construction for Taj is on.

Being the office canteen, the expectations are decent food varities and subsidised food rates. Here it's priced double than the reasonable for very little and an okay quality food. Staff not friendly nor helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has good amenities and ample space for an evening stroll. The property is nicely maintained. It is just beside the highway and has connectivity to the railway station. However, one needs his vehicle, as autos are reluctant to come inside the property because of the circuitous exit.
