Commitment level is high. And all the hotels are good. And i used their car service too. Cars are in good condition and pilots are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went Shimla , Manali, kullu, Manikaran with them.....very nice tour operator they are....good quality of foods and Nice Hotels with view rooms, they also provided nice car for our private tour. Though they also arrange very nice group tours too, my uncle went with them. The rate is also reasonable........ I suggest, u can go with them for a nice tour. They guide you very well. Best of luck Timir da for your The Universe Tour and Travels. Always I will remember........and hope in future I will go with ur group again.

During the month of December, 2021 we planned our honeymoon trip to Himachal. The owner of The Universe Tour & Travels, Mr. Timir Chatterjee, personally planned the itinerary. We travelled to Manali, Kasol and Shimla. They provided us with a complete package from Airport pickup to drop in a very affordable price. The hotels were luxurious with excelent scenic view from the balcony. Covid protocols with proper hygine were maintained. The food was delicious. They also arranged complementary bed decoration with candle light dinnner on the first day of our arrival at the hotel. We really enjoyed a lot during our whole trip. Planning our next trip with you very soon. Cheers!!!
