Disgusting service..we have recently visited in kinnor trip & we considered it's our biggest mistake.. these guys are reluctant to every aspect..whether arrangements of tickets to food everything..if anyone viewing this please don't waste your hard earned money to these people who provide only harassment in the name of service..we were about to miss our train owing to their lack of responsibility & it leads to life risk also as we had to almost jump from a running train..plz plz stay away from them & plz feel free to contact us if you guys need any assistance..trip means to enjoy not to suffer ..these guys made us suffer owing to their negligence & charged exhorbitently higher amount compared to poor service delivered..

They offer good escorted group tour. They stay in tourism hotels. However the food quality and quantity are not up to the mark.

My experiences of Package Tours with Wheels has been fascinating given the facilities provided at compatible prices along with the choice of locations of staying and moving. I with my family have visited Kerala, Shillong, Bhutan, Uttrakhand (Kumaon), places of historical importance in Karnataka and natural beautiful places in Bengal. Looking forward to visit Rajasthan with them at the earliest opportunity.

I have recently availed services of Wheels in Bhutan. They charged much higher price in average hotel both at Thimpu and Paro. Initially they promised group tour, but in the last moment they gave me a customized package with higher hotel and vehicle cost. Please be cautious while availing their services.

This has been a very disappointing trip with respect to the Hotel and food that we got. Wheels was way below the expectation they set initially while taking the booking amount. The hotels were bad and the hotel staff worst I have ever faced (Thimpu Dragon Villa). There was problem with food , hot water , light, and almost anything and everything that you can imagine. In paro we landed in an overbooked hotel which made the experience worse. Overall it was the most stressful vacation I had in my entire life and would not recommend anyone to opt for this Tour & Travels as their service providers.

To say that the service of Wheels Tours and Travels was awful would be an understatement. We had booked a package tour with them for Bhutan. On the first day of arrival at Phuentsholling, we checked into Hotel Centennial. Prior to the start of the trip we were asked for food preferences and we gave our preference as local Bhutanese cuisine which was promised by the tour company as well. Later in Centennial we not only ended up being served Indian food but the quantity was very limited. Service was extremely slow. When asked about local cuisine, our tour operator assured us that we would get that once we reached Thimpu. Experience at Thimpu was worst. The hotel Dragon Villa that they had booked was in a remote location with no access to nearby restaurants or shops. The hospitality of the hotel staff was pathetic. Extremely rude, dictatorial, callous kind of attitude is what would describe their hospitality. In that cold weather we had trouble getting hot water, light was not working in the bathroom and the hotel authorities were least bothered to address the issues. They deserve appreciation for consistently serving cold food - cold tea, cold pakoras, cold curries and rice. It needs talent to be so consistent. Some dedication they have towards ensuring we have a good stay!! And our complaints to the tour operator went in vain. Instead he was asking us to co-operate with the hotel staff! Local food was out of question in Thimpu as well despite the tall promises made by Wheels operator. Our bad journey did not end there. We went to Paro and found that although rooms were in good condition and so was the food but the number of rooms were less compared to the number of travellers. Wheels again took no initiative or made any efforts in ensuring that the rooms are made available to us. It was our group of tourists instead who made all the necessary noise to ensure accommodation was provided to us. To sum it all up, if you want your holiday to turn into a battle where you are fighting each day for food and accommodation then please book via Wheels!
