★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theobroma. I had heard of this place for quite a long time but was not getting chance to visit. Finally after a long time I flew here.
So I visited this outlet in Viviana mall. Lookwise it's truly attractive, just like their food items. I tried 2 types of brownies and I was blowned up by it's amazing taste. I can still feel the delicacy of the chocolate.
Try it once and you will fell in love with it.

They also serves macarons and if you haven't tried them yet do try them whenever you happen to visit Viviana Mall.
Their both veg and non veg variety of savouries are lip smacking and toothsome.
The ambience of this place is good with an open seating area.
The service offered is good.
The staff are attentive and cordial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theobroma product wise has some good stuff, which I like. But what I do not absolutely like about them is they do not let you change the product once they have billed it and you happen to change your mind from may be as simple as with egg to eggless or any other cake. They do not let the customer make payment for new adjusted price. They force you to buy a new cake or product.. Which I feel is not at all customer friendly and seeing some yummy stuff having double mind is pretty human. So if anybody at Theobroma is actually concerned about customer experience please just try and fix this. Rest the products are yummy. But such an experience leaves a bad taste no matter how good the product was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered a cake and a pack of assorted brownies for a birthday and scheduled the delivery time. The order was late by 2 hrs and there is no option to cancel. Absolutely disgusted that there is no option to cancel or there is no compensation given for spoiling someone's birthday. Would not recommend ordering online and especially scheduling a delivery time. The customer service has been lying about the delivery saying that the delivery guy has been sent out since 6:30 but at 7:45(delivery has been scheduled for 7:30pm) his app isn't working and he doesn't know the address. And 15 mins later they can't get in touch with him. There's a limit to fooling your customers. This is absolutely pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice croissants they make. Possibly the best I've consumed yet. The croissant was soft and quite tasty too.
However, the price point has to be right, and be reduced by 30% to make it affordable.
Even their other bakery products including cakes are quite expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. We ordered a cake for our family member online. Their buggy website changed the delivery date to the same day the order was placed. When we called them to rectify the error in the order, the rude customer service refused to do anything about it, and lied about the order being picked up by the delivery person. We thought a good cake can never hurt anyone. My family told me they received the cake late night at 10:30 (while the delivery was scheduled for 7:30) , 5 hours later and the cake was stale when delivered. They threw it away. Ideally avoid this place to surprise your loved ones.
