★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might as well throw your money down the drain than take services from this company. They are the worst professionals would come across. It's an insult to the word professional if we associate it with them. The level of trouble we have had to endure with them is inconceivable. There nurses are the worst kinds and they seem to go for a type since they themselves are the worst humans. Take services from them at you're peril.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience of our lives from any sort of service provider. We had taken thier services for my mother who is suffering from an incurable disease. The nurses which they provide have always want to leave on false pretences (words by the manager of the company himself). They shall leave you high and dry without any sort of replacement. They yodo Whenall sorts of drama to want to leave at any cost. There is no sense of professionalism in them. Call them, the manager does not pick up the phone. Disrespect to the family can be tolerated but to the patient, it can not.
P.S: Of the 2 reviews before me, the manager himself posted one with 5 stars. So you can imagine the standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service provider. Not only do the nurses harrass by asking for repeated leaves and just walking away by calling their families to fight with us when their managers don't allow them to go back. The Manager does not pick up the calls during such emergencies.
The worst. Absolutely the worst. Not recommended even if they were the last Nursing home left in the world. You would prefer dying a slow death than take services from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anynody deciding to take services from them, DON'T. They will be your biggest mistake. Their nurses don't clean the patient properly, leave them all dirty, will send relatives to fight with you when the Manager does not allow them to go back home, they will lie, cheat and steal. If there was a way to stop others from taking services from them, we would be happy to do it since they do not understand the level of pain they subject not only the patient but the family as well. They will leave no stone unturned to amaze you with their level of incompetence, unproffesionalism and inhuman behaviour. Their mission and vision is to provide the best healthcare in Bangalore. Trust me with what they have done with us, they dont dont qualify as a nursing home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service provider is not only catering unprofessional nurses, they are unprofessional themselves. The level of harassment received by my friend and their family is unprecedented. All they care about is money and nothing else. Take caution while taking services from them. Keep in mind, the nurses shall treat you with utter disdain and the managers would not pick up your calls, ask to pay the nurses travelling charges and not pay heed to your emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to Mr Rudresh on 30th December week for male nurse for a male patient of 20 years.
Was confirmed to have a call back. 4 days constant fake promises and today when the patient was going to be discharged, Rudresh confirmed by evening will have some person.
The patient is home now with no help.
How can anyone in need of medical help rely on such unprofessional services. Kindly think multiple times before booking this company services.
