What joy!
First experience; disappointed terribly!
And instead of taking care to see this doesn’t happen again, the person at company end says, if tech not assigned by message, pls call and re check.
Thanks but no thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service from PharmEasy. I booked few diagnostic tests from PharmEasy and cancelled them the very next day, due to some constraints. Now for refunds, I have been chasing them madly since a week but there is no update on it yet. The customer care team says that a callback will be arranged but so far I have not received any. Won't recommend PharmEasy for any diagnostic tests at all. Beware!
UPDATE: I have shared the details via email as requested by the team. Still no reply yet.
UPDATE: Still no reply from the team. I have tried calling Diagnostic call centre several times, still noone picks up my call. No response whatsoever. This can not ho more pathetic service than this. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmeasy lab team is very unprofessional today 8.00 am blood sample collection was scheduled. And no one came for collection. Collection agent is not responding call from yesterday.
Also informed to customer care but they too are helpless.
Only option they have is to reschedule or cancel.
They don't care that they ask patient to keep fasting for 12 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, Got one is expired from two ointment tubes, I request customers should take care on this part.
On the box both are expiry date is 2020, but on top of one Tube expire date is 2018. that box also looks like reused.
2 star given for Delivery is good .
1 for Website also user friendly totally 3 star

This is to bring to your notice that the above order has the following issues:-
- Wrong product delivered - the brand dispalyed while placing the order was different from the one recieved
- Product defective - secondly the product doesn't work.
I received the product on 11/07/2020 evening and I informed them about this on the 14/07/2020. I have been told by Pharmeasy that I should have informed them within 2 days of receiving the product else no refund. I told then that due to the current covid-19 situation in Thane, it took me some time to procure the batteries to test the product. Since there’s a complete lockdown in Thane grocery stores are open only for a limited time and there’s a lot rush, hence it took me some time to procure the batteries in order to test the product. But to no avail. They just cited policy reasons and refused to refund or take return of the product.
This is why very few Indian start-ups survive. Poor mentality and approach to customer issues.
