★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reservation counter is on the 1st floor and on 2nd floor 2nd class waiting hall is there. This reservation counter usually remains crowded, but the staffs are very quick and thus one gets ticket(s) easily.
The frontier view from 2nd floor, we can see the Hawrah Bridge and feri ghat on Hooghly River.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor. Look like an jail. Staff are dam upset. They are so serious & rough. Not able to talk to staff properly due to ticket counters look like an prison. They are not at all helpful to get a better seat or ticket. Bad management. Unprofessional. Timing is very odd.
