★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having recently shifted to Gurgaon I was desperately looking for a pet spa, when I found this and I am glad I did ! A little sceptical initially, because most pet spas have unskilled staff and my pet is difficult to handle being a short fuse Lhasa! But must say Ticking tails did a fantastic job without traumatizing my pet baby .. they were extremely efficient, gentle and did a fine job with his summer cut. The owner Nidhi is soft spoken and kind..and that runs down right upto the helps. Highly recommended for your furry babies ! Wish you all the best Nidhi ! See you soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got our Shih tzu grooming and hair cut which was perfectly done to our satisfaction. The owner of the place also connected with us through video call to show the progress, while we were at home.
The boys doing the grooming made our dog very comfortable, they even gave him dog biscuits. Also later, the owner gave complimentary biscuits for our pet goofy.
Overall nice place and safe for my pet.
Highly recommended.

My first time @ Tickling Tails and I am very impressed at the service provided for my fur baby.
Since he’s 13 years old and over sensitive, Nidhi and her team took their time to calm him and gave him special care with a lot of love , sweet talks and treats, which he totally loved.

She treated drogo so carefully, handled all my hyper motherly concerns so peacefully. She doesn’t overcrowd the place, took one appointment at a time and gives proper attention for the dog bathing. I am definitely her repeat customer, the way they greeted drogo, to make him comfortable. Thank You Tickling tails, after bumping to a few not so happening dog spa, i am very satisfied ⭐️⭐️

They eased him in to the environment, and did a absolutely fabulous job. 5 star affordable services.

When I called Tickling Tails, I was a little skeptical about it however, I booked the appointment for today, the 9th April 22 and went there.
So, am I glad that I connected with them, NO. Actually, I am excited and in fact, I am totally in awe of their professionalism, eagerness to extend that extra hand, their dedication to work and the love that they have for pets.
Very neat, hygienic and friendly setup. Very well trained workforce for the job and nothing but total patience with our pets.
Me and my husky are happy and shining with the pampering he has got and we will definitely be a regular at Tickling Tails.
Thanks to the amazing owners and the excellent staff. Do go ahead and give your pet the much desired and required pampering at Tickling Tails.
