★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I booked 5 lunch meal coupons from Masala box website. Got the the first meal today. Meal is not worth its cost of rs. 115 per meal. It contained 4 thin pulkas without butter, dal and one sabzi and on small bowl of salad. The box was not even sealed and not even in bag. Pulkas quality were not good. Food is not sufficient even for 1 person. Had to go out to buy and eat something else. Not at all satisfied by the meal given against the amount paid. Expected them to deliver homemade food as they say but not at all as per expectation. Can rate 2 or 2.5 out of 5. Good part is on reaching them they agreed to cancel the remaining meal and refund the amount in 7-8 business days No option to attach here or else would have attached the pic of the meal received from Masala box.

If you are looking for Home Cooked, Tasty & Hygienic Food- Masala BOX is a must try.
Each dish is seasoned with it's own spices and herbs which come out smelling savory, where other restaurants that use the same seasoning for all dishes.
Totally in love with the Ghee Rice, it was made in very rich ingredients like basmati rice, pudina, onion, clove, cinnamon, cardamom & more..#mustmustmustry❤
Biryani also was delicious with amazing garnish which added to its taste. All who don't prefer spicy food, can go for Paneer butter masala yumm & non-spicy.
Gulab Jamun was yummyliciouSSSsss.

The app itself is rigged and negative reviews are never shown. I have added multiple reviews but none shows up in the app and then they claim everything to be 4.5 and above.
The complain helpline is mostly closed. Food delivered doesn't match with items in the menu.

Recently got an opportunity to taste few dishes from them, just want to say wow!! That was a delight.
Every dish served was rich in flavors and gives a vibe of homeliness.
The food served were some of the popular dishes in various states of India, my favorite was fish cutlet and chicken cutlet with Kasundi. In main course Kerala's Puttu with kadala curry, a Sindhi style Papdi with daal, Malai methi chicken. Finally in desserts Majoom, just loved it.
Each time you order food you ll experience something new, can't wait to try more delicious treats this place has to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masala Box a concept where homemade food is promoted is a perfect curb to the homesick vibes. It's a great way to have homemade food delivered to your doorstep without a hassle in the world.
They have multiple varieties. Right from small single meals to the elaborate thali's. Within these they have the South Indian, North Indian and Continental varieties.
Subscriptions to these are super easy as well.
I enjoyed a couple of dishes from the different menu's i tried.
Appam's are generally my favourite. Their Delish variety has a decent option. While the Special ones are a huge thali with everything from a rice/roti and curries to a sweet dish.
Definitely a must try for people who want home cooked food.
