I applied for a new connection and made the payment as per the company rules.
Engineer came to my house and said this area do not have the range to setup a new connection. You can complaint on mail and your money will be returned in one week. It's almost 30 th day I have not received any money back. Whenever I call in customer care , each one of them say sir it will take 10-12 days. But I have not received my money yet. It's the worst company I have ever seen. Don't trust these a******. I am going to case a file against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My router is not working. As per your technician. I asked him to replace it with what charges for new one. But he says it is not company policy. They give new one free for new connections only. So after paying for new router they are not ready to supply.
Now whats d solution?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling Mr. Gyan Dubey and Mr. Tarun more than 20 times but in vain there has been no response from them and also the customer care department is also useless. Have also emailed them. They have taken Rs.1000/- advance and not responding now they had promised it would be installed today but they have just stopped answering the calls. Will surely file a complaint against them.
I hope Mr. Prakash Bajaj Ceo of the company is aware about the working of his company.

Their services and customer care seems to be non existent. Don't waste your money, time and energy. Pathetic experience within 10 days of subscription

There helpline number is a farce.After making you wait for more than 10 minutes suddenly a synthetic voice will bid goodbye and phone is disconnected.
E mais are never attended.
Any one subscribing to Tikona will only loose peace of mind.
