★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much dissapointed with such pathetic service. I got new connection on 1 October, and in 2 hours internet failed.Inspite of several complaints and one service visit nothing has changed. Extremely poor service and irresponsible customer care. On connecting to customer care, we get automated msg which is of no use. We cannot talk to customer care executive. there is no option of terminating service on app, so customer is stuct with 6 months plan. Wastage of time, energy,money and mental health.
