★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't even picked up my call, been calling someone nice 2 days. I understand the situation is like that due to Covid and all but atleast after 2 days someone should pick up as courtesy. Ghari basat jaa, office la pan kaa yetat mahit nai, kiti phone karayche. Nonsense.

There are 5-6 dogs in our society at Siddheshwar Garden, Dhokali Naka..please take them away from here and keep them in a different place..they bark everytm night not allowing us to sleep peacefully..the dogs are scary and kids are also scared of them...Some members have also reported to have been bitten by them..so it's scary for others to move out of their homes. What I suggest is please take them away from here..so that the dogs will be at peace wherever you keep them and the residents of Siddheshwar Garden will be at peace..??

Office time :1000hrs to 1700hrs but you need to hand in your form by 1630 hrs.
(Avoid taking the car there as parking is a headache in the area)
Deposit :2000 rs
Pet license yearly amt :Rs 400 for new pet parents. The break up is well explained to you. (Deposit, one time registration, renewal, late fees etc)
fees needs to be in cash...
You get 2 text messages confirming the receipt of the fees you pay.
The deposit fee receipt will be handed over a couple of days after you pay and the fee is deposited by them in the bank.
Renewal payments: Yearly and after 31st March. Avoid late fees of rs 100 per month by paying in time.
Application forms are available in the same office free of cost.
(nothing unofficial about the 100rs. )
Once the formalities are completed, you get a small registration booklet and a badge bearing the registration number of your fur kid. All further renewal entries are made in this booklet.
Documents reqd :
1. Vaccination certificates for your pet.( These are given to you by your vet when they are vaccinated yearly) No registration or renewals without these.
2. Your address proof.. Self attested copies of your Ration card /aadhaar card/elecrricity or landline telephone bill
3. Signature Id proof.. Self attested copy of PAN card/ driving licence /passport.
