★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big cheater, don't go...Won't do proper service... Greedy.. he will spoil your bike....I completely agree with Mr Banerjee. Owner shiva told me that engine has gone....He didn't give my bike back even after one month.....I fought with him and told that I would call police, he replied that police cannot touch even his hair. Every time he will tell some problem with bike( even if you don't have any complaints) during servicing and make money.
Actually he is like a doctor who will advise all patients for heart surgery to make money.

Story In brief (pulsar 180)...I have given my bike for normal service to "N V motors' kaggadaspura 1st croos ..later he said engine work is there so I aggred and asked to do. He charged me 15 thousand for the same and after that hardly used my bike as engine work was done not properly ..visited many times for the same but he denied to do so.
Last 5 month I was not using my bike .. one days I came know about "Top Gear bike service" and visited there.. the mechainic said engine work is there than I have told story about my bike engine work... he laughed on me said the X-mechainic fooled you ..there is no work of 15k in pulsar including engine work.
He done my bike engine work again after that... In am enjoing to ride my bike after a long time ..and he jusy charged 6.5 thousand for engine work and service.
Thanks a lot for your service.
I will definitely recommed.

The pricing is affordable and justified. Overall I'd recommend this to anyone who'd like the get their 2wheeler serviced properly at a fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier I have given 5 stars but now I have to change it to 1, because of Mr. Shiva bad behavior. I gave my bike to change a few parts and it was my life's very big mistake and a very bad experience that I got a very irresponsible result from the garage owner Mr. Shiva. he took 7k in advance and after that, he started kidding daily one statement that I will give today evening and then again move from his words I followed him 15 days. This two week I spend too much money on the cab and one more thing I want to share you guys he is started to switch off his mobile once follow up call started from my side. I don't know it was coincident or something else but if it was really coincident then why switch off mobile. as a review writer, it is my responsibility to present the real face of this garage in front of you. however, I got my bike after 15 days, which can be within a few hours if he tried. Please visit only your own risk. Don't expect for user-friendly or low estimate garage, bill always high from your expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE. I gave my R15 here and it took more than one week for general services and at the same time my friend gave his Yamaha glamour. Both got delivered after two weeks and the attitude of staff very arrogant. My friends bike had half liter petrol and they took even the last drop. When we tried to start that bike it was not starting Bcos of petrol. When we asked about that he don't have a proper answer. I won't recommend anyone to give their bike over there. If they don't even spare petrol how can we trust with our bike parts.

There maybe some good reviews about this garage. I was a regular customer too and serviced my scooter at least 4 times. Till my bitter experience with him changed by view about his services and attitude.
The owner name is Shiva I had given my scooter for regular service and change of some parts. We had discussed the total cost and the nature of service but when I got my scooter back after 3 days delay than the schedule agreed time the bill had shot up significantly , he had added repairs to issues that were perfectly fine and I did not complain about them. Since I had given my scooter previously also for service I trusted him. But after 20 days my coil in the scooter failed the same coil he had replaced (which was running fine and I did not have any compains for that he replaced it with out my consent).
When asked him he said he will get it repaired and then is when my NIGHTMARE started. He would make a fool of me when I asked him when he will give me back my scooter. It took me 1 Month to get my scooter back just to repair a coil. He was very very rude and would ask me to come after 2 days and when I use to go he will again say 2 days. He did not have any professional behavior and acted as if he is doing a favor for me. After lots of unpleasant exchange of words on almost daily basis he got fed up me being a persistent pest and fixed the issue. If I had let him be I am not sure if I would have got my scooter back at all.
I advise all to go on your own risk. There are good reviews about him but not necessarily show his true colors. Some basic services he will be good. During my visit to him on regular basis I would see someone or the other shouting at him because he did not deliver what he promised. So I am not alone who feel this way - it is just that not all of these people write reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner not cooperative.ensure you checked rates before handing over bike. I was getting forced to get bike serviced while I just wanted to get it started. Was asked to fetch petrol leaving behind bike due to which I got my bike packed again but was charged heavily for just touching the bike.
