Worst bike service ever seen. giving 1 rating becoz no "zero" rating available. They ruined my bike and they dont know basic parts which needs to change. If you go alone they will lie lot of things and make you pay more

This one of the worst garage in town. They spoilt my vehicle. And also they didn't give me bill.velu Kumar he doesn't know anything I paid around 650 RS . My vehicle fuel drains quickly and there is big sound also they are putting the blame on me... Please don't give your vehicle here . You might end up getting exhausted

Very poor customer service, I was at the Kodigehalli Main Road branch and had given them my vehicle for accident repairs. The insurance company required a GST bill and bookmygarage promised me that I would get one. They also took an advance from me. Neither did they repair my bike completely nor did they give me a GST bill. Seems that they don't even have a GST registration. It was a mistake to have considered them a proper garage. They are worse than local garages, you get personal attention at the local garages. Here there is nothing. I have ended up losing money because of their extremely unprofessional behavior.

Very good service and awesome staff. Kaggadaspura Branch, (Veera Mechanic) I got my pulsar 220f bike serviced, he handled the bike with care & they have pick and drop services, they are very transparent, trustworthy and I highly recommend bookmygarages for your vehicle maintenance.

I serviced my royal enfield from Bookmygarages. But after 5days, my clutch wire broke down on the way to my office and I was stranded. They have 15 days warranty on service and also provide breakdown maintenance as mentioned on their website. So, I called their number to ask for their Mechanic to come down and help me out but he simply refused to send his mechanic. Not at all happy with the way they treat their customers.

I expected a good service when this guys picked my Honda Activa and returned back on time and with in a month I can see more troubles on my vehicle more like wheel balancing improper alignment making vehicle shivered and this will impact to spoil my chain stroll and Rym etc.,. Never expect a quality of service from any online vendors please visit a proper company service center and if you don't have a quality service you may go the consumer court / manufacturer to seek necessary action / repair of your vehicle. I spent Rs. 800/- for the service who just picked my vehicle and returned back and again i ended up spending Rs. 1400/- on replacing spares due to these issues.

Worst experience! Not at all happy with the service provided. I specifically asked them to only replace the parts with Genuine Parts for my Yamaha R15 but got to know that they have replaced second quality parts both Chain Sprocket and Rear Brake Pads. Astonishing thing is they billed it as the rate of the Genuine Parts in the Invoice. My brake pads were fine, had some more kms to run but they changed it however without intimating me. They didnt fit the brake pads properly which almost cost my life. Didn't fit the coolant container cap properly which put stress on my bike's engine as cooling system didn't function properly. Asked them to look into the wiring which was causing lots of issue. The mechanic assured that he had checked and set the entire wiring properly again but that didn't seem to be the case as the issue still persisted. The 15-days or 30-days assurance policy was not bought to my knowledge what so ever. The management should start taking necessary actions instead of just noticing customer complaint's and responding with promising comments on Google.

NEVER EVER opt for their services. Because of their negligence the engine of my dad’s Activa was damaged. It was just 2 years old. Now it is a piece of junk. We have regularly serviced our scooter. With every service they claim and charge for engine oil replacement. One fine day we found that the engine oil dried up and engine is seized. There was no leakage at all. When we approached them they blatantly made excuses and refused to accept any responsibility. Hard earned 80k lost.
