★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience i had ever faced. No genuinity in his words, but good work. Very expensive, fraud billing especially in spares. Making of fools. Before starting a work he will promise a amount as estimate and after work you will get more than double of the amout that he had promised before the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main mechanic is pathetic. I think he is fine with scooter. Had a very bad experience. While removing my spark plug he rotate the spanner opposite direction and spark plug got broken. For 5 minute works took 2 days to return my bike and he charged me 900. Normal cost would be 50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my 2019 RE Standard 350 CC for servicing here in the afternoon. He returned me on the same day at 7 PM evening. Did a brilliant job, the bike is running so good after the servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with SR Motors is not at all good. After servicing I was hearing some noise from engine and visited by 4 times for the same issue but not resolved. Fed up with their explanation so repairing it at different shop. I took my bike for general service without any issues and now they induced problems to my bike. I visited by 3 times so far for same general service, atleast first 2 services were fine without this pathetic issues.
Overall as per my experience, its not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t give your bike for service or for any other reason. 100% they will cheat you.
Recently I have given my bike for fork bend removal. They didn’t even touch the fork. After two months when I changed my new tyres I found the same issue. After confrontation he stated he never did anything like that.
Please give your bike anywhere else

The owner who is also the main mechanic misbehaves if you ask questions on the work done on your vehicle.
I travel long distances on my motorcycle and have some amount of knowledge about certain things.
If I see things being done wrongly, I ask questions. The owner gets irritated and starts yelling on you.
I am not sure about his mechanical skills because another mechanic was handling my motorcycle but this owner has very bad customer handling skills.
Hated it, will never visit again. Request all to remain away if you ask questions and if you don't want to have heated conversation with this owner.
