They sold us the car which had technically faulty parts and it has been 20+ days that we are continusly calling them from the same day we took the car but not a single customer service person is ready to attend us and take up our problem . They are bullying us. Hopeless and stubborn manager staff .

I ordered my back door lock of innova before 23 days and still lock is not available mehsana service station and my door is open without any lock since last 23 days...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained showroom. Waiting room was also near and clean. They served snacks with tea coffee to clients who are waiting in the waiting area. Theirs waiting list display system is also good. Staff was also well trained. We can also watch in the workshop area from waiting room. Workshop was also very neat and clean. Service department is also good and supportive. They also provide pickup and drop service. Sales team also having a good knowledge of cars.
