★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No after sale service, very uncooperative, rude behaviour. They give two free service, but at the time of service, they will make excuses. Whatever you ask, their answer will be No. Even if you ask, they will not show you the accessories. They will only entertain you at the time of purchase. Also they don't have enough options. It's better to buy cycle from other stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience in past 6 months, They gave me a defective bike, Since the time I jave purchased, I have faced multiple breakage. They just repair it everytime and not ready to accept thr fact thats it defective. Normal usage leads to breakage.
Pitty for Hercules and this shop !!!!
