There is nobody to take responsibility of your courier items. Humble request don't ever go for this courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After charging me for one day delivery, the guy tells me the next day that it'll take two days. It was very inconvenient as the delivery was urgent. Then they started ghosting me and stopped answering my calls. Didn't even provide a tracking number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couriered 2 bottles of medicine to my parents in Raipur. Only 1 was received. 1 bottle is missing. The package was torn. When I called the trackon courier, they refused to take any responsibility. They said that they are not responsible if the product is missing. Very bad service! I am never going to use trackon courier services ever again!
