★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good residential complex and very good for Family. Near to schools and easily accessible to Ring road and New airport road. People are very co-operative and ready to help each other.
The only cons I can think of is, open to sky area is less.
They have power backup, security and other basic amenities. They don't entertain pets in the complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved in. Very friendly neighbours. And away from pollution but still accessible shops, best school around the corner and logos church at walkable distance. The association is well organised and the overall maintainence of the apartment is good. I am glad I got a house here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really good community to live in. I am one of the first occupants of the building and have spent a good 5 years happily. Felt like we were living with extended family. Great for families as The Best School is just a stone throw away, shops around the corner, sports facilities close by and yet completely away from noisy traffic and pollution .... Truly Tranquil and Green...
