No deviations in the project, no compromise on quality, well ventilated and really good customer relation team.
Mr Ganeshan is very friendly and helped me throughout the process of purchasing flat, registration was hassle free and builders were very cooperative and Satish (engineer) helped me getting the small changes done on request bases.

We are very happy to buy a flat in Unnati Vaihbhavi, it is a nice appartment and quality of construction is very good with nice accommodation provided for our price with all facilities and amenities with a good environment.
1) We approached Mr Srinivasan through Mr Ganesh who is the sales manager in a very good and cool person, he has given answers to all our queries from the beginning till our registration. He is an excellent person and fit to be a very good sales manger
2) Mr Srinivasan who is a dedicated humble person and is very straight forward and transparent who is committed to the date/time.
3) Mr Akshay, the owner of this land is a very polite and simple person

Finally we liked this property and I would say the main highlight of the property to be "Well thought and designed". We have a good ventialation in all the rooms. And also privacy for the bedrooms, kitchen and dining space. Utility is very spacious.We liked the quality of construction and also the amenities are about to be completed. Builders(mr Ganesh sir, Srinivas sir & Akshay sir ) all friendly organization, facilities are really amazing .
Constructors - Saravana & satish both are very friendly and if any issue they immediately resolved.
They do everything with dedication and provide the quality product to the customer.
No compromise on quality of product & really surprise on common wall for each flat

Pros:
1. You will get all the amenities required for any modern life.
2. Build quality is awesome.
3. You will get help from the builder in every steps starting from contract to registration.
4. Builder is very helpful in clarifying any confusion.
5. Customer focus team is very helpful and will be with you at any point of time needed.

Excellent build quality and spacious apartment complex with relevant amenities in place. Everyone from the builder side was easily approachable and entire buying experience was smooth. Happy to bought our dream home in Unnathi Vaibhavi!!

He was always ready to take up my calls, no matter how many times I called.
I have already moved in and am reviewing 'Unnathi Vaibhavi' after having stayed here for a few weeks. The neighborhood is very calm with an amazing set of people.
Construction have been top notch and I do not have any complaints.
Would urge new home buyers to pay a visit at least once.
