★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The masseur team is very cordial and largely on time. But the Doctor is completely aloof. She asked me to get a blood report and did not take it before starting the detox. The receptionist tends to ask questions to customer which she could have found out from her colleagues in the centre. I see a major disconnect between the doctor, the receptionist and the masseurs. Finally the receptionist asked me to get a leham for the virechana, thank god she didnt ask me to get the medicated oils for the Abhyangam. I will not visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very traditional set up and authentic therapies. The therapy room is spacious with dim lights and mild music. After experiencing once, I became a regular. Apart from the regular abhyangam, the therapies I liked most are Shirodhara and sensory bliss. The steam seat that gets steamed through a pressure cooker is an amazingly effective contraption and gets you sweating through every pore within a few minutes. Strongly recommend to people looking for traditional therapies in the original manner but not to ones that prefer glammed up luxury treatment.
