The assistance of Mr. Harsh Chand during our visit was excellent . Everything goes smoothly as planned (on time Volvo (to & fro Delhi to Manali), Local sight seeing and most important location of the hotel was great, beautiful scenic view). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took Harsh Service after comparing others packege in market and he had prove my decision right.
1) Firstly he was very comfortable to upgrade my bus timing as i told that might be we would come late.
2) The bus rides was smooth & comfortable. He selected the right service of bus for us.
3) He provided hotel with awesome scenic view in manali. Although he had another option but that hotel was covered & blocked by other properties.
4) He has been asking for our stays throughout the trip. He has been asking for our properties photos so that he might check from own in case of any issue. He is such a professional guy.
5) He took our phone in non-working hours & provided much needed help to us.
