★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience .... Observed that bus booked by this site shows low fare than others, but got cancelled last minute. And then you have to pay extra money to get another bus.... Experienced this while coming from Latur to Pune. The bus fare was 400. When called to travel company, came to know that bus was cancelled and was asked to ride another travel company's bus with fare of Rs. 550 . I had no choice as I have to come back to Pune that night only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My PNR nmbr is 93599730, first time traveling using Travelyaari booking.
First, my bus was not on time.
2 - customer care number is not at all working
3- I was not having any idea about the bus even using tracking on map.
4- they provided neeta Volvo bus service, which is actually a small bus from neeta travels which I was not knowing as I thought if it's Neeta Volvo, luxury n punctuality comes along. But in vain.
5- Most important, teavelyaTra charged me INR 427 where in if I would have com directly to bus they would have charged just INR 400 or may be even less, as the bus is half vacant, for which they are stopping n waiting every junction.
I have to catch flight by 4pm, hope they help me reach before time. But be sure, I am not going to use this service again or recommend anyone.

Bus got cancelled in between journey and still didn't getting refund.
Contacting them daily. Red bus refund charges on same day to people who travel with us.
Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional, rude and unhelpful customer representative staff! I would give zero stars if that had been an option. Totally impolite and ill-mannered. Their policies about cancellations are not transparent enough because one representative says one thing and the other one says something else. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. Please consider hiring some other company for your online bookings if you really care about customer satisfaction. This one is fraudulent and not competent enough to help the booking customers.

All of sudden they cancelled the bus and informimg on same day. No person have detailed information regarding refund.
This is just a harrassment.
Dont book bus from this website
