★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes collection is good. Service has gone extremely down in billing counter. Better to train then how to treat people orelse change them who knows better. Customers are treated like free loaders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer management. You can get coupons for all purchase, but not at all useful. Very difficult to get billed for products, just because of poor management. Also they don't support normal UPI payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trends is a place I have always visited for my clothes shopping, there are clothes of all sizes for all ages and genders. Parking is available here, they have a basement. There is traditional wear, fancy apparel, lingerie,
shoes and more. There are coupons that you get for purchasing above a certain amount, sometimes even offers with gadgets like pans or suitcases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although clothes collection is amazing for the price, service has gone down considerably in this particular branch. Floor managers are usually shouting on subordinates or on phone. Some of the billing counter guys are out right rude. Not sure if they are given any kinda customer facing training? Customer is paying money for the product and service, not just for the product and get treated like free-loaders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes are fairly priced. You know its Reliance guys.. They will make sure that your wallet is emptied before you leave the shop ?. To be honest, dress were value for money. Only advise is don't get fooled for getting tempted for grabbing the shopping vouchers. It ain't worth it. Buy what you need. Don't buy anything for the sake of getting or redeeming a coupon.
Will visit again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a good collection, price is also reasonable, but the drawback is that since many people visit the place, who are more likely to find many people wearing the same dress? that you buy. Sometimes the queue counters are long because not all counters are open. The staff are courteous but some of them do not have enough knowledge about the product and have not been given proper training. Bike parking is available on the road, car parking is a problem, earlier they used have underground parking, but now that is closed, now you have to park on the road which is difficult to find and if you take the risk, then the traffic police have designed the parking on the road such a way that it makes towing easier for them. Even though the road is wide at some places and shops are there, they have put no parking sign to increase towing.
