★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service is average , collection and everything else is ok above average. the tailoring service for me was the worst. not sure if this was mistake in the measurements or what. A ready made trouser would have fit me way better than the custom made. even after 3 trials i don't feel like wearing my new clothes.. never again going back here.

And especially tailor behavior he is such a very rude, undiscipline person he doesn't know the value of customer and he behave customer as a slave highly not recommended this outlet for stitching and shopping i will never ever buy from Raymond band here after. They just want to drive car without wheels that's means without giving good service they want to run their business which is impossible. Don't make your day bad visiting this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever experience in Raymond showroom so far, the staff and owner of the store both are doing kind of scam n misleading customers. Staff won't show us what color we wanted instead they show the ones with high price tags and mislead while choosing cloth and the owners behavior with customers and handling queries is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. I wanted to get custom made formal shirts and pant. I chose the fabrics. The cloth was cut before the tailor took the measurements. When I objected to this, the owner jumped in support of the tailor even using unparliamentary language. The end product was extremely ill fitting. The staff is pathetic and uses abusive language. The tailor doesn't know how to stitch. I can safely say that my 12k has gone down the drain. Avoid this place unless you want to be mistreated, abused and looted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I wish there was a zero star option. Tailor is lewd and touches you inappropriately while measuring. The staff are also in full support when the same was complained about. The owner is the biggest culprit supporting such staff. To collect the end products I had to take my father along to only see that the shirts and pant were stitched for a person twice my size. Ill mannered staff, obscene to a fault that my father couldn’t stand it. Absolutely not recommended for women as it is highly unsafe.
