★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier experiences have been very good. Service was also good. But post pandemic stock is very limited. The sales people were disinterested to show anything. Billing took a lot of time. Water is offered in plastic glass instead of small bottles which were used earlier but that is understandable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is less marketed but nonetheless, a great place to buy both gold and diamond jewellery. They have consistently good offers on making charge, better than some of the bigger brands.
My experience with anyone that I have interacted from the sales team has been exceptional so far. Specially Rajiv, who has always tried to go over and beyond - by being very friendly, showing the collection and answering questions without any hesitation and proactively sharing useful feedback.
