β β β β β Pl do not book flat in Trident Wakad or I say any of scheme with Paranjape .Very frustrating experience ,while booking flat builder has agreed to pay pre EMI till possession and now they are not paying. This is absolutely wrong and cheating. Construction progress is very very slow with this it seems project may not get complete on commited year 2023. Do not buy any property from paranjape builders.

β β β β β I booked the flat in C Tower in March 2018, till date i have paid 25+ lakhs and they are at plinth level only. Work progress is very very slow. Not getting satisfactory answers from Builder too. Falled in trap with Big brand name.
Really disappointing experience.
Do not want to rate even 1 star it should be -100 star

β β β β β One of my close friend booked his dream home in 2018 but due very slow construction, he is still paying rent as well as home EMI. they promised to handover keys in 2022 but till date only 1st floor constructed. as usual builder giving covid reason , which are not true as far as i know. fortunately i cancelled my booking plan. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.

Construction work is completely stopped since Feb-2022. No response from builder for why construction is stopped.
Builder is doing timepass and enjoyment with customers hard money.
BE AWARE OF THIS BUILDER BEFORE BOOKING FLAT WITH THIS BUILDER.
IT IS NOT WITH THIS SITE. EVERYWHERE IS FAILING TO CONSTRUCT BUILDING.
Only two words for this builder THIRD CLASS and CHEAPEST MINDSET builder.
Don't fall in this builders name.
This is NO more brand.
Its pure local builder mindset builder.

β β β β β The whole trident project is fraud. I booked flat in 2017 along with my 4 friends. During booking they mentioned possession date as Dec 2020. Now its Mar 2022 and only 15 floor slab is done. We had multiple meetings with Paranjape management team regarding the status of the current delay in construction, but each and every time they give new excuse and make new commitments which they do not full fill.
Me and my friend regularly visit the construction side and observe that number of workers present their is always less, looks like Paranjape is having no interest in completing this project.
The first generation Paranjape's worked rally hard to create Paranjape brand.
Long gone days where Pararanjape was one of trusted builder, but new management is a complete fraud.
Do not put your hard earn money in Paranjape schemes now.
Do not put your hard earn money in this project.

β β β β β Location is good, late possession2023 and 2025, 1bhk flat carpet area is too less, 2bhk is also too less area, only paranjape skim not spacious.
