Must visit! Temple is open for devotees again now after the pandemic. Sanitizing points and safe distance can be maintained. And feel the grace of the lord Shiva's energy.

Awesome temple actually i think only who have already visited here know that all three Roopas of Shiva Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh are here in one linga. I love the old architecture and the broad Dome. You will feel lucky when you get inside the temple coz the mantras of the pandits. Most important thing is the linga when you see it it's like shivlinga is talking to you. Do come if you are here or planning for being here.

Ancient temple , magnificent architecture , we were lucky when we visited it wasn’t very busy due to the pandemic . There is no physical distancing followed nor do people were masks . Being a place of pilgrimage, beware of greedy priests who are all out to take money from you for nothing

Trimbakeshwar Temple.. About 30 km from Nashik, Maharashtra, the religious town of Trimbakeshwar is home to one of the most famous and unique jyotirlings of Lord Shiva. Situated in the hilly region of Sahyadri mountain ranges of Western Ghats, the temple is surrounded by dense forests and mountains hills. Trimbakeshwar Temple is perched on the base of a mountain called Brahmagiri and is also the origin of Godavari River. This holy shrine is one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, and this one is considered to be the main. Embodying three faces together- Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Shiva the Lingas are adorned by a jeweled crown, placed over the Gold Mask of Tridev. The diamonds, emeralds, and other semi-precious stones studded crown are said to be from the age of Pandavas. A pond in the temple premises is a source of river Godavari. The peaceful atmosphere combined with a pleasant climate makes Trimbakeshwar an ideal for nature lovers and those looking for a spiritual getaway. The temple is entirely built with a black stone, which is famous worldwide for its appealing sculpture and architecture. The temple was built by Peshwa Balaji Baji Rao (Nanasaheb) (1740-1760). The Simhasta Kumbh Mela is held once in 12 years in Trimbakeshwar. The Kumbh Mela is visited by millions of devotees who take a dip in the Godavari in order to wash away their sins. The annual festival of Shivratri is also celebrated in Trimbakeshwar with enthusiasm. Har Har Mahadev ❤️

One of the ancient Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is most famously known for being one of the "DWADASH YOTIRLING". I visited this place and mesmerized by the natutral beauty of the surroundings. The architecture of the temple and the locality is always going to stay in my mind. But one thing keep in mind that if you want 24/7 city like facilities here, you are thinking in a wrong way. Visit the place and feel the beauty of limitations in Trambakeswar. The vegetarian food is awesome in test over here.

Very aesthetically created temple. Thanks to very few pilgrims in the early morning, esp during Covid, one way able to spend time admiring the high quality carvings on the facade, the walls, the stairs and doorway. It was funny to see the priests, out of sheer habit, rushing the devotees even if there was no one behind them. Wish there was an audio guide.
