It was built by King Mayurdhwaj who is believed to have cured of leprosy after taking a bath in the Dudhiya Talav, a sacred pond inside the temple complex. Till date, devotees believe that a dip in the holy water could cure humans of any disease. When come to the temple premises, the mind becomes calm. The temple is a popular attraction of pilgrims and tourists.

Many people who visit Somnath temple also they come here. Here parking of every vehicle is available. This place is less crowded and away from main city. This temple is walking distance from Triveni Sangam. Many Pundits are available to worship on behalf of people. Thank you very much...???
