Conveniently located workshop in Malviya Nagar (closest to city compared to other dealer's workshops). Trained mechanics - I never faced any issues in my car. Old dealer in Jaipur (PL Group). Have bought other cars from them too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my Honda CITY 2016. The car is performing the same way it performed on DAY 1 because of brilliant maintenance and service by Tristar Honda. They take really good care of the vehicle and advise correctly.
Sandeep is the one whom I met for my car. He is humble, professional, and quickly finds the root cause of any issue and provides solution which maintains the car's life. I appreciate him!
I always prefer Tristar Honda for my vehicle's service and in the future any car I buy will be from them only and Honda only!!

Overall experience - Overall i would like to rate them 5 star.
Customer service very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. I went for my Honda City's service & was quite satisfied with the service done. Centre has its own Bodyshop so claim settlement is not an issue. It has accessories sales department. Tristar Honda does outperform its peers. No tension of maintenance at all. Would sure visit again. Thanks to Tristar Honda for taking care of my loving Honda City & for their maintenance counseling.

The charging cost is also reasonable and I insist to all please go to certified service centre only as they charge nominal and also provide the best value from anywhere. Nice customer service and knowledgeable technicians available. They assign technician based on availability or you can ask for your choice Technician if you know anyone of them. They offer Call to schedule pickup and drop service with nominal charges. They do body works, regular service and maintenance of Honda vehicles. Vehicle Loans facility available here..Team will assist to finance from Banks and other institutions. Insurance and Road Side assistance cover also provided as per customer needs.

Had a very pleasant experience thanks to the personal care and attention rendered by the body shop in charge. Right from start to end he completely managed the entire process right from coordination with the insurance company to carrying out the work upto delivery of the car. Very regularly I used to get updates and pics of the work being carried out on what's app as well as phone calls when necessary. Got my car back in brand new condition much due to the personal touch and attention of Tristar Honda team. They adhere to high levels of efficiency, politeness and professional work standards. Thanks for this lovely experience

Prices are also affordable than any other Honda service centre. I own a Honda City and I visit only this service centre every time for car servicing. Nice sitting area, with coffee availability and charging points. One doesn't get tired here waiting for their car.
