★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roshan motors has been improved a lot in last months. I have altroz car. I just completed the 3rd service of my car. The experience was very nice. Supervisor Neeraj choudhry is a very nice person. He understands my all issues related to car and by the end of day he makes sure that all the issues was resolved. 5 star rating for him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Nexon serviced. Gone there after reading review rating on google but I regret on believing the rating. A small job of front window roll-up fault was referred to Roshan workshop at Malviya Nagar. On my first visit, it was advised that wire needs to be replaced and after my consent for the job and estimate, it was advised that stock is not available and I need to visit again.
After receiving intimation of availability of desired wire I visited again and now I have been advised that wire is OK but window roll up motor is not working. The matter was discussed with GM Workshop that when motor was faulty why I was advised earlier that wire is faulty but I could not got any reasoned reply.
Then a new story started, I was first advised total expenses of ₹1,415/. When the work is completed, the expense was revised upwards for ₹1,965/- as it is said that GST was not included earlier. To my further surprise, when the tentative final bill came, the amount increased to ₹2,935/. No justification provided. I wasted more than 1 hour as the printer was not working and bill could not be generated.
The GM workshop also could not help as he was transferred to the Body shop with immediate effect and all the commitments made by him regarding price, labour expenses etc. gone futile. It was a horrible experience. The customer lounge was in a shabby position, wash room was stinking. TATA needs to ensure bare minimum facilities to customers. Finally, an amount of ₹2,510/ was levied as against estimations of ₹1,415/. I am unable to understand that why the workshop couldn’t find the fault on my first visit. I was made to waste my money and time without any of my fault. We all read good and bad reviews, but believe me it was really a bad experience at Roshan Malviya Nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited again on the request of service centre, now they have improved all infrastructure and renovated lounge area but lounge size still very small. It should be bit more to sit comfortably at least 15 person.
