★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They need full day just for a car wash. Customer care says it is 2 hours job but service manager needs full day. Pick and drop is chargeable while everyone provide this free. They don't want to do small repairs.

Jab is done under 0D and consumables coverage, still they charged 4275 extra without any proper justification and separate bill ( if any ). It feels like they recovered full amount from the Insurance company and also amount from me. Even after several telephonic conversations there is no response from their end,,, showing very poor service ethics .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per maruti company app, i reached there at 9 am sharp as per appointment. However, no adviser was there till 10 am. According, i decided to get free car wash only availng coupon. The car wash completed in about three hours. Also car was not entered in records, directly bill generated on delivery.
