★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s elaborate on how unreliable Trumppetz is:
1. I called for an appointment for my cat’s grooming. After calling several times one weekend, they assured me an appointment of but they never called back to confirm. After waiting the whole day and following up, the grooming did not happen and I never got an appointment or a call back. The next weekend, I went in person and in between grooming 3 dogs at the same time and 3 dogs in waiting, I was again assured of service if I just show up at 7pm without having to call or confirm again. I reached at 7:20, and as usual were grooming three dogs at the same time with limited staff and I was denied service and blamed for being late. When clearly they are overbooking and even the pets they are taking up are not getting the due attention and care. Never was I informed of grooming services not being available post 7pm.
2. I went looking for Hills CD dry food for my cat. This was not available at the shop and I was assured that they will arrange for it the next day. After following up regularly for the next two days on the phone and going to the shop, I was informed that their “guy” was not available therefore food was not available. It never came.
3. I called asking for tofu cat litter which they did not have. I was assured that they would source it. But again, surprise, never called me back.
THEY ARE OVERBOOKING. GIVING FALSE ASSURANCES OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS.
If they can groom 3 dogs at the same time in a small area with limited staff, why would they take a single cat’s grooming and let go of all the booming business.

I took my small Lhasa apso for a hair cut, told them to be cautious while doing the haircut as he’s a small breed.
It’s been a week that we got the haircut done, my dog isn’t able to walk, or even stand up.
Earlier we thought it’s a the trauma of hair cut, but we took him to vet and got to see SCISSOR CUTS ON HIS PRIVATE PARTS! Horrible
Poor small dog is struggling since a week to even stand as he got deep cuts due to insensitive people doing cuts just to make money!
If you genuinely love your dog, please please don’t take him here.
I’m regretting every day, my dog used to be always happy and playing. Just one visit to this place got him so sad and helpless.
