★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is fine with amenities like water 24 hrs, lift facility, parking space, and small jogging track to accompany the estate. The place is nearly 1.5km from chakan bus stand, one has to opt for special rickshaw who charged me 60rs from the chakan bus stop circle or chowk. The place is breezy and feels very calm, it has eateries nearby to munch upon and general stores as well, just you need to walk by your own if not having vehicle of self hardly 200-300mtrs and you'll have it all. There is frequently power cuts here i experienced in couple of days, which might leave you very sweaty in summer or humidified rainy climate. You have temple just adjacent to the estate, feels pleasant in morning and evenings to have prayers to be heard when you start your day or end it, vice versa. Also another important thing the water is 24 hrs supplied but its hard water, seriously very hard. You might find you washrooms scaled after a period of time. Hence overall, a good place to stay.
