★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst service centre ever... Literally no customer satisfaction. No legit work, there's literally no professionalism, seems like a local motor spareshop, the cashier department is the worst, they treat like we are serving them... I dont recommend even buying your vehicle or go for paid servicing you'll regret the money spend and service you'll receive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor Response of any Service staff and Manegmant they're not Eligible for any type of Showroom Manage I have given my bike to make TVS Ntorq, today it has been more than 15 days but hey people are not telling anything when it will be ready, they are accusing each other on going to the service center Very Horrible Experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got lovely behaviour from the people, staff working here. They are very polite and listen to the problems what i am facing in my bike. They try to give proper solution to it. Cleaning process is very nice and proper. I have been happy with their service till now.
But recently, when they have started getting customers, they are changing. They will tell you they will give you the service on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. But they do not; they will prefer the person they know. And though you will go earlier, you can see that they will give service to those who have come later than yours. I was suffered last time, and I went there at 9.50 A.M. They opened at 10 A.M., And I was the first person, but they gave service to three other people. And finally, I got my bike services at 3.45 P.M. This type of harassment they have recently started. I hope they will not do these things in future. Hope for the best.

My Bike is 3 time Tried to solve Engine problem ,but Not solved till now,
Last 1,monts i have been suffering .
Stuff behaviour is very Good but Work is not good.Such a horrible Experience From TVS
I will saying or Advice to my Friends and relativs for refuse to buy any TVS bike

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the very 1st day the service assistance is superb. The sales person is also very helpful. He helped me during the purchase like my elder brother. The overall buying experience is superb. Highly recommended if any one wants to buy tvs bikes atleast visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of professionalism. Very rude and unfriendly attitude. You could not expect a glass of water from them even you are buying one and half lakhs of bikes from them. They just give you the same water bottle which other stuffs are using. Sales persons shows nor minimum courtesy. We find 2 salesperson were quarreling themselves inside the showroom. Such a horrible bike showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large 2 wheeler showroom beside B.T.Road CIT boys school with many options of vehicles to choose and buy. I purchased my ntorq xp from here through mr. Sourav Ghosh. Very humble and professional stuffs to guide you for your informations and procedures.
Servicing are also good, fitted the no. Plate within 10 days.
Just dissatisfied about one thing, no delivery ceremony/key handover ceremonies done from their end.
Overall a clean good experience.
