Pathetic experience. They made me waits for 1 and a half hr just to check up. I was informed that there would be a base charge of 120 for inspection and parts and other charges would be informed post inspection. I was told to come back after 2 hours. In about 20 mins I got a SMS asking to contact the service center. So I called the place but not response t0 my calls, so I gave up and reached the place after 2 hrs. Such unorganized is this setup that the counter guy did not even reply when I asked about my phone . Finally after another 1 hr when I could speak to the gentleman at the counter, I was told the inspection was done and that I should have waited. Anyways I did not want to get into any moronic argument. The person informed that the charges would be 4600 (for a Redmi 2 phone costing 6999 !!!!!) So i paid them the 120. They gave me a system generated paper which I assumed was a bill. On reaching home when I checked this paper, it turned out to be a service record note with a quote. No invoice.. Saw this counter guy short change a client who then came back demanding the change back and was immediately given the money back. The worst part.. a street side shop got the phone repaired for Rs 800/.. Shows the sorry state of affairs with MI and TVSe

Very good service center. They serviced the mi pad just within an hour! Staffs were helpful and polite too compared with other service centre. Recommended. Thanks Divya & Kushal... Tip - Do not call, they never pick. Just visit the service center.

Worst Experience I have ever faced, Today I have given them my Redmi Note mobile for updating software for which they have given an estimated timing of 2 hours, I have submitted my mobile at 2 pm, after that I have visited their service center to pick my mobile at 5PM then I have to wait for 10 minutes more to get my phone. They have asked me to pay the software installation bill but when I have checked my mobile they have not at all checked my mobile issues neither they have updated any new software in my mobile, when I have complained for the same the staff is trying to assure me that they have updated the software, then I have shown them proof that all the old software’s which are installed by me and all the contacts & issues are still there in my mobile, after 5 minutes of arguments they have agreed that software Updation is not done in my mobile & they have asked me to wait for 10 minutes more then they will update the software for which I have to agree or else they will charged me Rs.118 for just keeping my mobile in their center. I have again submitted my mobile at 5.15Pm After that I have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get the software installation done for which I have to miss my important meeting at 5.30Pm. At 6.05Pm I have left their service center with my mobile. The staff is not at all co-operative & will gives you a frustrating answers. I have missed my important meeting because this useless peoples  for them customer’s time is not at all important they just asked you to wait & wait & wait nothing else & you have to asked them every time if the mobile work is done or not.

For dell users They wrecked my laptop. I gave it for an issue in power button. They crashed my hard disk and OS. And charged me money for that. Service centre is not branded for dell. Looks like one owner running multiple brand service centres using same resources. Extremely bad experience.

If only there was negative rating that I could give I would surely give. The employees are not only rude but they don't have any work ethics. They Leave their desk way before time. No calls are attended. And most of the people have same issues as I read in other reviews but Still no improvement. I guess they are really not interested in providing quality service, as customers are being unheard. Its always crowded since its the only one center in suburbs. I would advise to visit some other center

Efficient and Professional Service. Only complaint about the waiting time which was quite long. These guys have 4 counters but only 1 was staffed and operating at 12 noon when I had gone. Also they need to restrict the number of phones being accepted per person. These guys from department stores come with 4 to 5 instruments and take up to 30 minutes each as a result other customers suffer. Need to improve on this.

It was a great experience visiting the centre.the Que moved fairly quick. but still need to have more customer executives as in peak hours there is a chaos. Problem is fixed quick but processing takes too much time.too much documentation and a bit confusion. but overall good response from here compared to my previous visits to LG & Sony centres.
