★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff members and nice ambience for waiting. Service will start from morning 7AM to night 7PM. Executive will explain every single problem that your vehicle have and they would suggest necessary repair work to be undergone.
If there are no major works to be done then they deliver on the same day otherwise it will take 2 days.
I felt auto parts prices are bit costlier, but they are genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been regularly servicing my RTR bike from the year 2012 in this service centre. Initially as service centre had limited number for vehicle inward for servicing the quality of work was top notch. Once after it gained popularity due to their hard work & quality of work. Gradually the quality of workmanship and servicing came down. Post to 2018 each n every time service intervals started with complaints and they stopped asking for customer feedback which was present earlier. Still there is lot of scope for improvement if they want to grow up. Never visit this service centre post to the 3 free service as this service centre is only good at changing engine oil. Never go with murali & manjunath words. They both are only good at increasing the servicing amount rather than providing the quality of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold me a ntorq scooty in March and not updated high security number ever since due to which I have not recieve my RC yet. Am calling the executive sudha she never pics calls or respond to texts. The executive while selling was so nice and polite. This is not the kind of service I expected from TVS.. now I have gone to store like 4 times they say they will update in a day but never respond again..
So frustrating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with my first paid service for my Ntorq, gave it at 3:00 pm and got a call from the showroom at t 5 that it was ready , paid 2000 rupees when I got my vehicle all the internal work was done they had changed spark plug etc but nothing else. They acceleration was the same the brakes were still loose , break lock was not working when I confronted them with it they took it back & took an hour to do it later came back with someone else's NTorq assuming it was mine. This got me furious and doubtful whether they had done anything at all stood there and made them remove everything & show what's done . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Had to get 1.5 hours of work done after going to the showroom to collect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this showroom for Jupiter 125. Before visiting called the showroom and got confirmation that, vehicle is available. After visiting the showroom executive says vehicle is not available for test ride. He claims vehicle accommodates two helmets. I asked him show the helmets which fits in the boot room. His answer is helmets not available. Simply they wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience. Please don't buy AMC as they force you very much, it's useless. I have apache 200 rtr
The first time when I took to service here they billed 4000 rs, second service they billed 2000 rs and it never decreased. They simple exchange your bike parts and tell part is gone, have to replace with new one.
My own experience when I gave for servicing bike was in proper condition but after servicing chain started making noice very badly, they told chain has to be replaced of about 1000 rs, how come a chain goes bad just after servicing which was good before?
A week later my starter stopped working, they say full wiring set has to be replaced, how pathetic solutions, they just want to make money that's all.
They also force me of changing clutch plates every time i visit there,which is of 4000rs minimum which is in good condition as I showed it to some other garage.
I really regret that i went to this service center, it's a scam center.
