★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had by account opened here since 2014 and I had not faced any kind of problems... The staffs are well-behaved and helpful..... The Manager keeps on changing here frequently these days (Idk why ??).
But whoever comes here as Manager are very polite and respectful.... Moreover any updates related to passbook and account are done asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice bank and employees are also very helpful. Most of the time its almost empty, so if u hv an account in state bank it will be a heaven for u ?.
So its the best bank ? for me ?.
But beware i am talking only about the Bankura Machantala Branch. The behaviour and service will vary branch to branch OK ?
