★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, I have waited 40 mins for releasing my Gold with cash finally not responded properly and she said Unpolitely ask others I don't know.( Gold loan department Hindi Girl) finally I went out and pledging complaint about Bank.please don't open any account in this bank they are treating to customers like beggers.... No proper help desk zero customer service I have given account cancellation application... All old employees are golden Guys.... Hmt branch is worst.....
