★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this apartment for almost 2 years. No parking area for 4 wheelers and the power back up is just a bulb in each flat. There was a cement factory opposite to the building which was noisy at times. Departmental store and medical store is very close. Owner is co-operative hence 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this place for around 4 years. This apartment has 24 1bhk flats and all rented out. None of the flats have balconies. It has a lift with generator backup. 1 bulb in each flat has generator backup. Has 2 wheeler parking only. No car parking. Clothes can be dried on terrace.
