β β β β β My wife was suffering from heavy labour pain and they keep her for more than one hours on reception and after that they asked that doctor and staff are not available in hospital dr. Sikha malik asked she is not comming to treat patient while our all treatment was under her observation. Very cheap behavior of doctor and service never go to cignus hospital sonipat

β β β β β Had worst experience of my life at this so called hospital. There was never a sense of being in right hands during the entire stay at the hospital. People there are just taking this as their job with a complete ignorance to the fact that the person walked in is a patient and is already struggling with his health.
Zero communication between physicians and the medical staff, to our surprise staff can run any treatment without even consulting the physician putting life at risk.
At the end life Lost.....a loss for the family.
All the five star reviews you see for this hospital are of their own staff, really pathetic.

All the staff members are very polite and Supportive...
Thank you Dr. Gaurav Kamra Sir for everything you've done for me and I'm so happy I've found a doctor like you. Medicines can cure, but a good doctor's inspirational words can give the strength to fight from within.

β β β β β Doctors and staff in this hospital are behaving worse than a government hospital.
I can say doctors behaviour is worse than their staff. They make it business only to just earn money. There is no discipline in hospital, specially between doctors. Doctor's timing in evening is 4:30 pm and they were not available till 5:30 pm.more than 10 patients were waiting for the doctor and when I asked about doctor at (5:30pm) reception they asked me to visit 1st floor.
And guess what I see at first floor?
Doctor was totally free and talking freely to their staff.
I have an AAYUSMAN CARD issued by government. The moment he knows about AAYUSHMAN card, he said you have to admit for minimum 8-10 days. I was shocked. Like, how he can say that without any medical tests and without knowing the any root causes of illness.

β β β β β Very bad experience, no proper care of patient even in private room than you can assume the situation in general ward. We assume the doctor second to God but I feel here doctors takes the patient as a money machine not as a human being.
