This society needs renovation, swimming pool not working and rooms of this apartment are really small with small bathrooms. The only this best is its location. It's prime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in a very good location, just beside cc2, averagely furnished flats(they claim it to be luxurious, i couldn't find any luxury there) though flats are very expensive (excluding the interior work you have to do here) high claims is just because of the location of this complex. Good place to live in Newtown, Chinar Park is also very close to this location.
