★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder has been delaying the project and has ensured poor quality of all the fittings inside the flat. People are staying in dust and debris since 3.5 years. There has been no response from builder and team. The progess is very slow and the amenities will take another year to complete provided the builder shows some mercy
