★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service .. every night they turn off the service and resume again in the morning after complaont and send their executive and then he comes and then says* its working, bye.* and then again issue persists.. this is a scam.. also the lady at complaint help line just disconnexts the call when you're asking something as she is not aware of anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuine feedback- M using ultranet from 3 months ago and opted 100 Mbps plan in greater Noida.. but this is the most pathetic internet service provider or can say first one in the list of poorest providers.. never get beyond 30-40 Mbps and always fluctuating not able to do my any office calls smoothly.
Moreover service is also much bad no one comes and resolve it all depends on GOD.
Guys please never think to go with it. Also attaching the results and screenshot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service... Every month the service is down for 4-5 days... Without any reason. When you call them never receive your call after two days when they reply they say your plan expired so need to make payment.
When you send the screenshot of the payment they say they sending someone and the service is back within 5mins. This is the 7th month with same issue so I asked to give my money back and disconnect the service... They say company doesn't pay back if they do it comes in the for of cheque in around a year.
What rubbish!! Never opt them as they are the worst service provider
