Offers money deposits saving and current account, loans etc. Has money deposit cum atm machine it help to avoid long queues for depositing money in accounts. Also offered gold loans and other banking facilities. Well experienced staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience even for KYC they take more than two days, in Badlapur branch mrs Desai speak so rudely my account was inactive I gone to active my account again and want to do fix deposit but so rudely her behaviour I'm a cancer patient I told her I'm going for surgery but she was not ready to listen still I'm waiting to KYC done even after three days worst worst worst feeling helpless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and unskilled staff members.dont know how to work. I mean literally they lost our ATM card form.
Then hold us for 1month to get another. When I got the ATM they said that you should have 5k limit.
Ok then we refill the account.
When I gone to generate ATM PIN the card was invalid.
Again I visited Bank. They say we forgot to say you that your card should have 15k limit. I mean seriously this guys are high on something.
I ask your bank Dont provide normal ATM. that customer representative say our network is down come on next week.
In this 2month time period I could have opened 4 to 5 account in other banks.
Who ever reading this
Pls do close your account from that branch
Till they changes there staff members.
