★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! Our projector was within warranty and the lamp was not working. The service engineer first day examined and said it is a circuit issue. Next day he came with a bulb and said it is the bulb problem but you have to purchase it as the hours are over 1000. Then he showed me the hour which is over 2000 and is impossible based on usage. The senior manager who talked to me over the phone also agreed that this is not possible. They also said we have to order the bulb and it will take 4 - 6 weeks to get the bulb and replace!
This is an organised scam run by this company where they force the customer to purchase the parts which is within warranty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR SERVICE ANYTHING! Its a network of FRAUD and SCAM!
I got the lamp replaced within 20 mins from another service center!
