★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seperate Elevator for basement cause a lot of heartburns as you get exposed to environment and waste atleast 5 mins switching elevators and its usually under maintenance (broken) on top of that.
Houses have too much seepage issues, however location is quite ideal to cover for shortcomings
