★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here. Love the place. Surrounded by lush greenery, it's a savior in Bangalore. You are in the city and away from it, both at the same time.
I sincerely do not want this to become another concrete jungle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upkar Residence park is full of greeneries. Old trees are maintained well and nurtured. It is also an entrance to the tankbund of ullal lake leading to walking track. It is very nice to walk on ullal lake walking track. There are two deficiencies which is quite serious. First one is there are no lights inside the park and it is extremely dark after 6 pm and as well in the morning hours. If the snake is crossing the track, we will not be knowing. Secondly the walking track tiles are to be refined sine in many spots the tiles are uprooted by the big trees. If not for these two issues the park is really nice.

There is a beautiful and amazing park next to it.
Behind it, there is the ullal lake. nice hall also
