★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a worst experience with this app. Service was very poor. We booked i20 and car was delivered to us very late. Staff behaviour was pathetic the guy named KAPIL was not telling thre right address and were shouting on phone. condition of car was also not good. It spoiled our trip and staff is disgusting. I suggest others that never book a car from this app really disappointed. And the guy named Kapil doesn't have manners to talk. Worst service....??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience....for Pune they provide rides from myride.. And myride don't have good condition bikes. On call they assured you will be getting good condition bike.. But on reaching there they said they don't have bike all bikes are already booked. I did online payment and as per their policy they don't refund money. So I had to take whatever bike they had.. Which was worst in condition.
Suggestion to users: please don't book from urban drive as they are committed to looting the customer and not serving them. Also don't ever do online booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters! Booked an AT ignis for 3 days and on the day of my booking they tell me that the AT is not available so please take the MT. We agreed after a heated discussion as they said that we don’t have the car available if you don’t want it cancel the booking. I think they don’t even have the AT in their fleet it’s just a way to woo the customer in and then leave them high and dry. But more that the best thing, they have not even refunded me the difference. They tell me that the difference was adjusted because we gave you a free pick and drop from the airport! More than that, the fleet manager at the pick up point told us that the road tax for kerela has not been paid! We had to bare those charges and have not been refunded for that. More over, the bill was raised for an AT. Cheat company! Don’t book and waste your money and time here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst platform for booking bikes. People are not educated on how Aadhar card works. On top of it no courtesy to give back money to customer. Worst customer care experience I ever had. Will never recommend any one to use this platform and keep away yourself from urban drive. Worst part is if you cancel from your side there is no refund of money. Simply money making business and don't care about customer.

I had rented hyundai creta on 19 th sep
till 22nd sep all over service was gud , vehicle was in gud condition. I had nil issues from booking till returning the car , indeed the first person whom i spoke to was pawan helped me and was prompt in replying back .
Thanks to Mukesh was professional guided me through all journey .
The Car was clean and neat nil issues throught out journey except I had flat tyre which was unpredictable nothing else happened .Also hope that my concern regarding the tyre issues will be sorted out.
Will hire with them in future .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever experience in the field of rental cars. It has been three weeks from my booking date and till now there is no clue of deposit amount. Company is not much concerned about their costumer after the booking is over. There are many other self rental companies are available in Delhi, so choose wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was in good condition but older than what I was told by the salesman before booking.
Car was delivered half an hour late which I had accounted for, so no problem.
I got an upgrade, I loved the gesture but the car was owned by first choice whose services I had used earlier and had I rented directly from them would have saved me lots of money. I didn't like the driver harassing for tip, so didn't book through First Choice.
I wasn't stopped anywhere though I crossed 3 state borders. If I would have, I might have an issue using sub leased self drive car. Of course they keep their hands clean by not giving you any physical document except car documents.
I wasn't aware what was to happen with me but you do, now. So you're in a better position to decide whether to hire from them or not.
If you are good paying double of what others charge for home delivery AND you're okay not getting your deposit refunded in a month, followed by another 2 months delay due to Corona AND getting a PROFORMA INVOICE deducting 100% of the deposit, mind you neither 99% nor 101% towards cost of wing mirror glass only of Ford EcoSport. This HAS NOT costed them INR 100 in local market and they are charging me INR 5000 imagine.
If you don't want to feel cheated after a nice trip, if you're not willing to ruin your trip by risking legal complications for driving a car hired by someone else and you want to book the invoice in your books of account since Proforma invoice is not a proof of expenditure, this simply shows person issuing the proforma instead of invoice IS COLLECTING THE TAXES FROM YOU BUT MIGHT NOT BE DEPOSITING WITH THE GOVERNMENT.
If you ask me I'd say DON'T HIRE FROM THEM.
They have a motivated sales team. Let's see how well they handle Customer concerns. And yes owner, please don't give the canned response to mail to care@... I've already done that though not in detail, since you already know everything. Long review is for others to take informed decision.
