★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Gateway to Kharghar. A big open structure having long pillars at the periphery at water jet coming out from the centre. In the night with lighting it looks beautiful.
Nice place to hang out in the evening/night. There is very wide footpath overshadowed by green trees. It is cool place in the summer as well to rest. Students from the adjoining NIFT, Medical and Management college found spending times and having fun. It is not limited to students and young couples but one can find families as well.
There are many street food options like Pani Puri, Juice , Narial Pani, Ice cream also there during evening time. If you take a little pain to cross the road then you get Domino's, CCD, Bikanerwala.
Best time to go 8 PM onwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a devine place to visit. It is basically a Chowk but so beautiful and big that you'll be mesmerised gazing at it.
There are sitting areas around the roads where you can sit and look at it in the evenings when water fountain is working. Best view.

Many social events happen near utsav chowk like garba night ,durga pooja , different types of exhibhition.clean place.Have place to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautiful! If you are a a tourist in Kharghar come visit it and have a look. Sit near the area and enjoy the view. In the evening when it gets dark, they turn on the lights and it honestly looks pretty. I would totally recommend to visit you to utsav chowk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is in Sector 7, Kharghar and is a famous marker. It is almost at the junction of Sector 4, 6, and 7. The rain tree road passes through it. The beautiful round structure at this crossing looks more beautiful in the night when lights are lit there. Local people often enjoy this during their late evening walks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utsav chowk is one of the famous landmarks in Navi Mumbai and one of well maintained ones. The chowk defines what kharghar stands for and is very iconic. Lighting at the chowk just enhances its presence like nothing else. You have to be there to witness the beauty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place to visit. Although you cannot sit inside or anything, but the entire Kharghar has such beautiful things which makes the chowk look nice.
Also, because of this, the traffic can be nicely controlled because it is quite big in diameter.
